Tormore 1988 31 Year Old Old & Rare. A darkly-flavoured. sherry-matured whisky from Tormore bottled by Hunter Laing for the Old & Rare range. This was distilled in 1988 and matured for 31 years in a single oloroso sherry butt, giving it a rich character run through with spice, nuts and dark chocolate, as well as more fragrant notes of tobacco and fruit.
