Matured in refill casks for 13 years before a long finish in Gonzalez Byass ex-oloroso sherry casks, Tobermory 23 Year Old liberally layers sherry-rich fruitcake flavour atop Tobermory's trademark citrus notes, creamy mouthfeel and slight, salty tang. The spiritual successor to the hugely-popular – now discontinued – 15 Year Old, this bold, yet refined, dram is sure to be a hit with fans of sherry-matured whisky.
