This is a single cask whisky from the ever reliable Caol Ila distillery on Islay. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled from a sherry butt after 9 years by Hunter Laing in their Hepburn's Choice range. This cask was bottled at 46%, with 797 bottles produced, promising vanilla, peat and spice.
